Buyer Relationship

Production
Manufacturing is performed by the selected European production resource, factory, workshop, or supplier assigned to the project. ColorShield ID LLC remains the U.S. commercial operator and coordination point for the approved transaction according to the written agreement.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, KOLOSALES.com and ColorShield ID LLC are not the manufacturer, customs broker, freight forwarder, or legal representative of any third-party supplier. Product availability, pricing, production acceptance, timelines, documentation, logistics, import requirements, and delivery terms are confirmed per project in writing before any order moves forward.
Logistics & Delivery Coordination
ColorShield ID LLC maintains established logistics and customs relationships across major U.S. entry points including New York, Miami, Houston, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, allowing us to manage the import process end to end without requiring the buyer to handle customs, freight, or compliance directly.
For Canadian deliveries, containers typically arrive through Halifax on the East Coast or through Toronto area ports, and are then transported by truck across Canada as needed, including cross-country delivery to Vancouver and British Columbia via Trans-Canada. The entire import process, including customs clearance, documentation, and final delivery coordination, is handled by ColorShield ID LLC. The buyer receives the goods without managing freight, customs, or compliance.
