RETURNS POLICY

To initiate your return within the timeframe specified please contact us. Returns will not be accommodated outside of the specified timeframe. Please note, if you receive an item that arrives damaged or not as described, there may be additional resolutions to your issue.

We’ll then help you coordinate the return shipping in accordance with our policy. Once we receives the item, they have 3 days to inspect it and confirm it is in the same condition as when it was sold. When we get that confirmation, we will process your refund. It typically takes 7 – 15 days for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund and credit your account. Note, any initial shipping costs will not be included in your refund.

DAMAGES REPORT POLICY

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that doesn’t meet your expectations, we guarantee to work with you to reach the best possible resolution. Please be sure to inspect the item immediately upon delivery, and contact us within 7 days if there are any issues.
